"THE COMMONS AT SPRING HILL " is built on the Erskine and Edith Early Property in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The Early’s operated a mail order specialty meat business from this location along Highway 31 since 1925.
The original Early home "THE EARLY BUILDING" has been converted to commercial space.
The original Early's business building has been converted to offices. The building was a landmark, not only as the operation for Early’s, but for its tenant from 1982 through 2000 known as the Apprentice Shop. The Apprentice Shop was a string instrument repair and manufacturing operation known worldwide. "THE APPRENTICE BUILDING" consists of 4000 square feet of renovated office space.
A 5000 Square Feet Office/Warehouse was constructed in 2002 to provide space for small business people requiring minimal office area and significant warehouse and storage space. This building "THE GARAGE BUILDING" was designed to complement the look and feel of the existing buildings on the property.
THE GAS STATION, a replica 1916 Filling Station was completed in 2004. This building has become the "beacon" identifying the entrance to the Commons.
These four buildings provide over 13000 square feet of retail, office, recreation, and warehouse space in the growing town of Spring Hill Tennessee
